TECHFIT Applications Closed

The closing date for submission of applications to the 2017 TECHFIT program ended on March 30, 2017. Final selection decisions will be made by April 20, 2017 and all applicants will be notified of the final decision by 4/20/17 via the email address provided on the form. Applicants who were not accepted for this year's programs will have the option to be placed on a backup list in the event a last-minute opening arises or a program is offered in the future. You may also send email to the program manager to inquire about the possibility of being added to any openings that remain or last-minute openings.

Another option for people interested in learning about TECHFIT and gaining some hands-on experience is to register for the ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) 2017 workshop being given by Alka Harriger, Brad Harriger, and Susan Flynn in San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday, June 25, 2017, from 8:30 am-11:30 am. The cost is only $113, but increases to $123 after May 1. Click the ISTE 2017 badge to the left to go directly to the registration page for the workshop. Teachers who successful complete the ISTE workshop and apply to TECHFIT 2018 will be given preference in the selection process for next year, subject to availability of open spots and qualifications for the program.
